摘要
本文探讨了导流模内挤压铝型材的流动规律。提出了确定导流模最小厚度的理论依据。用流函数法确定了实心薄壁铝型材挤压变形动可容速度场、应变速率场及上限功率。讨论了变形程度等参数对导流模最小理论厚度、挤压载荷的影响。得出实心薄壁铝型材导流模厚度的理论最小值为 (0 .7~ 0 .8) b0 。为导流模优化设计提供了理论依据。
In this paper,the flow characteristics in Aluminum shape extresion with the flow guide die added are analysied.The theoretical basis for minimum height of flow guide die is provided.The flow function method is used to define the kinematically admissible velocity field,the strain rate field and the upper bound deformation power of solid aluminum shape with thin wall extrusion.The effects of the parameters and deformation ratio on limit height of flow guide die are discussed.The minimum limit theoretical height of flow guide die when Aluminum shape with thin wall is extruded can be expressed by h=(0 7~0 8) b 0 The useful knowledeges for die design can be obtained.
