摘要
目的:观察三七对胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠血清脂肪细胞因子的影响,探讨三七抗IR的作用机制。方法:采用高脂膳食复制IR大鼠模型,全自动生化分析仪测定大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)水平,放射免疫法检测血清空腹胰岛素(FINS)、IL-6水平,ELISA法检测血清TNF-α、Leptin水平,酮试剂法检测血清FFA水平。结果:模型组大鼠血清FINS较正常组明显增高,而胰岛素敏感性ISI明显低于正常组;血清TNF-α、FFA水平较正常组明显增高,FBG、Leptin、IL-6水平与正常组差异无显著性;应用三七干预后,大鼠ISI较模型组明显提高,FINS、TNF-α、FFA水平较正常组明显降低。结论:调节脂肪细胞因子TNF-α、FFA的分泌可能是三七改善大鼠IR的作用机制之一。
Objective:To observe the effects of panax notogenseng on serum adipocytokines in insulin resistance rats and discuss the mechanism of panax notogenseng on insulin resistnnce. Methods:The insulin resistance model was induced by high fat diet, and the fasting blood-glucose (FBG) was tested by automatic biochemistry analyzer, the fasting insulin(FINS)and IL-6 were tested by radioimmunoassay, TNF-alpha and Leptin contents were determined by ELISA, FFA was tested by ketone reagent method. Results:Serum FINS of model group was significantly higher than that of normal, insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was obviously lower than that of normal; the levels of serum TNF-alpha and FFA were significantly higher than those in normal group ,however the levels of FBG,,Leptin and IL-6 showed no significant difference between the normal and the model groups. ISI was significantly raised and FINS, TNF-α,FFA were reduced after the the treatment of Panax notogenseng. Conclusion:Panax notogenseng can improve the secretion of adipocytokines, which may be one of the mechanisms that panax notogenseng improve rats’ insulin resistance
