摘要
机械夹轨式卡紧机构通过楔块锁紧钢轨两侧的方式实现与钢轨的夹紧,从而为液压平移装置的油缸提供出力的作用点,相对其他形式的卡紧机构具有结构简单、卡紧可靠、安装方便、施工效率高的特点。为了对卡紧机构进一步优化,重点分析了卡紧机构中楔块、壳体、钢轨之间的压力及摩擦系数的关系,并结合实验得出的摩擦系数,提出了合理的楔块角度取值及卡紧机构优化设计方向。
The mechanical clamping device achieves enclasping of clamping device and steel rail locking effect by the wedge clamping on the both side of the steel rail ,so as to provide thrust and pulling force action point for the cylinder of hydrau[ie moving equipment. The device has advantages of simple structure,reliable clamp,easy erection and high efficiency than other type device. In order to further optimize mechanical clamping device,the pressure and the friction coefficient of the wedge,the shell and the rail were emphatically analyzed. Combined experimental date,the reasonable angle of wedge and optimized design direction was applied.
