摘要
目的:采用高效液相法建立发用产品中去屑剂吡硫翁锌原料含量测定方法,及吡啶等有关杂质的检查方法。方法:利用乙腈-甲醇(95∶5)混合溶液溶解样品,采用高效液相色谱法测定吡硫翁锌含量,检查吡啶、2-氯代吡啶、2-氨基吡啶、2-羟基吡啶-N氧化物等有关杂质。结果:该含量方法测定吡硫翁锌精密度小于1.0%,加样回收率为98.1%~103.2%。检查各化合物检出限均达到0.6 mg/g。结论:该方法准确、灵敏,适合固体粉末类吡硫翁锌的含量测定和杂质检查,为吡硫翁锌质量控制提供了方法。
Objective:To establish an accurate method for quantitative analysis of antidangdruff agent zinc pyrithione(ZPT),and a method for impurities test in hair products.Methods: The sample was dissolved with acetonitrile-methanol(95∶ 5),and then the content of zinc pyrithione in ZPT was determined,and impurities such as pyridine,2-chlorination pyridine,2-aminopyridine and 2-hydroxy pyridine-N oxide were tested by HPLC.Results: The precision was less than 1.0%,and the recoveries were between 98.1%~103.2%.The detection limits of impurities were less than 0.6 mg/g.Conclusion: The methods are accurate,sensitive and suitable for the detemination of ZPT and impurities test in cosmetic material.
