摘要
目的:研究金蒿抗流感滴丸对小鼠免疫系统的影响。方法:采用镜检计数观察小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力;采用ELISA法测定血清中IgG的含量;采用绵羊红细胞免疫法测定小鼠血清溶血素;采用MTT法检测药物对小鼠T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响。结果:金蒿抗流感滴丸中、高剂量组均能显著提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力(P<0.05,P<0.01),促进小鼠血清中IgM抗体生成;金蒿抗流感滴丸各剂量组可明显促进小鼠血清中IgG抗体生成;金蒿抗流感滴丸在(156.25-2 500)μg/mL浓度范围内,对ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞和LPS诱导的B淋巴细胞增殖均有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01),且随着浓度的增大,其对T、B淋巴细胞增殖的抑制作用逐渐增强。结论:金蒿抗流感滴丸对小鼠免疫功能具有双向调节作用。
Objective： To observe the effect of Jinhao Anti-flu Pill on the immune function in mice. Methods： Microscopic examination was used to abserve the ability of englobing red blood cell of chicken of peritoneal macrophage in mice. IgG in their sera were measured with ELISA kits. The effects of baicalin on the proliferation of T, B lymphocytes in mice were tested by MTT assay. Sheep red blood cell immunization was used for hemolysin determination. Results： Compared with control/ model group, the phagocytic function of macrophage in mice（P〈0.05, P〈0.01） and the level of IgM can be significantly improved by Jinhao Anti-flu Pill moderate and high group and the levels of IgG were dramatically higer at all Jinhao Anti-flu Pill groups. It inhibated T, B lymphocytes proliferation at the concentration of （ 156.25-2 500 ） μg/mL, and the inhibition was influenced by concentration of Jinhao anti-flu pills and increased with increasing concentration（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The studies demonstrated that Jinhao Anti-flu Pill acted not only as enhancing but modulatory agent in cell immunity of mice.
