摘要
目的探讨实时组织弹性成像与二维灰阶超声在诊断结节性甲状腺疾病中的价值。方法以病理诊断为金标准,对比分析实时组织弹性成像与二维灰阶超声诊断结节性甲状腺疾病的准确性。结果实时组织弹性成像诊断结节性甲状腺疾病的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为88.03%、88.23%、88.09%。二维灰阶超声诊断结节性甲状腺疾病的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为52.94%、71.64%、73.81%。结论实时组织弹性成像诊断结节性甲状腺疾病的准确性高于二维灰阶超声,但两者结合可望提高良恶性病变诊断的准确性。
Objective To investigate the value of real-time elastosonography and two-thmensional gray scale ultrasound in diagnosing of thyroid nodules. Methods The accuracy of real-time elastosonography was compared with that of the two-dimensional gray scale ultrasound for diagnosing thyroid nodules using pathology as the golden criteria.Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of real-time elastosonography were 888.03%, 88.23%, 88.09%, and those of two-dimensional gray scale ultrasound were 52.94%, 71.64%, 73.81%. Conclusion The accuracy of real-time eIastosonography is much higher than that of two-dimensional gray scale ultrasound.
