摘要
湿法炼锌工业离子交换除氯树脂,经过长时间运行后,交换容量下降了46%左右。实验表明,树脂受到了铁污染和有机物污染,通过3%氢氧化钠与0.5%次氯酸钠的溶液处理后,树脂的交换容量达到新树脂交换容量的90%左右。树脂经过八个周期循环后,树脂吸附能力恢复良好,交换容量稳定。
Ion exchange resin of recovering chlorine in electrolytic zinc industry,after a long time running,exchange capacity reduced by about 46%.Experimental results showed resin was polluted by iron and organic,after treatment by 3% sodium hydroxide and 0.5% sodium hypochlorite,resin exchange capacity reached a new resin exchange capacity of about 90%.After eight cycles,exchange capacity remained stable.
