摘要
拆迁安置点位置合理性评估指选取一个特定的范围进行集中安置，在这个范围内安置点的安全、经济环境和社会环境容量、自然生态环境容量分析，并结合现有堤防的防洪要求对安置点位置河道现状进行防洪分析。同时安置点设在大堤外坡侧，解决了缺乏拆迁安置土地的问题，根据以上论述并结合当地的社会发展进行合理性评估分析。
Evaluation of the reasonability of relocation and resettlement place refers to resettle in a selected area, where it is safe with suitable capacity of economic, social environment, and ecological environment, as well as its flood prevention analysis of the streams near the location. The location is on the external side of the bank, which solved the problems of lack of land for resettlement. The evaluation and analysis was made based on the above discussion integrated with local social development.
