摘要
为保证黄壁庄水库正常溢洪道冬季安全，2004年冬季，黄壁庄水库首次安装使用了防冰冻设备，至今已经运行6年，防冰冻效果良好，达到了预期目的，同时在运行中暴露出一些问题，需要从设计的角度进一步完善。文中针对该设备在运行中发现的问题，提出了优化设计方案，旨在进一步探讨，为其他工程提供借鉴。
In order to ensure the safety of the Huangbizhuang Reservoir normal spillway in winter, an ice-prevent device was installed in winter of 2004. From then on it is used for six years,and its effect is good. As the same time,some problems occurred in the operatiork The device need be optimized from the design. Considering the problems, an optimized design is put forward. Further discuss and study are needed and it can provide a reference for the construction concerned.
