摘要
目的探讨口服海洋鱼皮胶原肽对人体的抗氧化作用。方法选择年龄在45~65岁的身体健康志愿者100人,分别随机分为试验组和对照组(各50例),进行口服抗氧化功能试验。受试者每天摄入海洋鱼皮胶原肽2.7 g,连续90 d。在试验开始前和试验后分别测定血清抗氧化指标,包括超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA),以及测定血常规、大小便常规和血生化指标,并在试验的前中后期调查受试者疲劳感、烦躁、睡眠、干涩等不适症状的变化。结果健康受试者口服海洋鱼皮胶原肽后,血清SOD的水平由(78.38±18.94)U/ml增加至(80.99±19.86)U/ml,前后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清GSH-Px的水平由(79.03±15.12)U/ml增至(89.95±14.16)U/ml,自身对照及组间对照差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);血清MDA的水平由(9.46±3.18)降至(6.87±3.57),自身对照及组间对照差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。对照组受试者3项指标在试验前后差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。口服海洋鱼皮胶原肽受试者健忘、腰酸膝软等不适症状较对照组有明显改善,并且其症状积分在试验前、中、结束时均的逐渐降低,试验结束时的症状积分与试验前相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口服海洋鱼皮胶原肽受试者血常规、大小便常规和血生化检查结果均无明显异常,亦未见过敏反应。结论口服海洋鱼皮胶原肽具有抗氧化作用,并有助于改善疲劳感、烦躁、睡眠、干涩等不适症状。
Objective To study the anti - oxidative effects of oral administration of marine collagen peptides (MCP). Methods Totally 100 healthy adults aged 45 - 65 were selected and divided respectively into normal control groups (NCG) and trial groups (TG) with 50 persons each. Individuals in TG ingested 2. 7g/d MCP for 90 days. Items such as SOD, GSH -Px and MDA, which can indicate antioxidative effects were measured, and routine analysis of blood, urine, feces and biochemical analysis of blood were measured; senses of fatigue, fidget, insomnia and acerbity were evaluated. Results The average level of SOD in TG was increased from (78.38 ± 18.94) U/ml to (80. 99 ± 19. 86) U/ml after intervention by taking MCP, with no statistical difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The average level of GSH - Px in TG was increased from (79.03 ± 15.12) U/ml to (89. 95±14. 16) U/ml after intervention by taking MCP (P 〈 0. 01 ). The average level of MDA in TG was declined from (9.46 ±3. 18) U/ml to (6. 87 ±3.57) U/ml after intervention by taking MCP ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The P values on GSH - Px and MCP were all below 0. 01 compared with those of the initial TG and NCG. The senses of fatigue, fidget, insomnia and acerbity were improved by oral MCP with a high effectiveness ratio. The symptom values at the beginning, metaphase and in the end declined obviously (P 〈0. 01 ), and the P value was less than 0. 01 compared with NCG. No abnormal changes were observed in routine analysis of blood, urine, feces and biochemical analysis of blood, and no hypersuscep- tibility was observed either. Conclusion The results indicate that MCP has anti - oxidation property and is helpful of getting rid of discomfort symptoms such as fatigue, fidget, insomnia, etc.
