二尖瓣成形术治疗老年患者二尖瓣关闭不全 被引量:1

Mital valvoplasty for the treatment of mitral regurgitation in elder patients

摘要 目的:评价应用二尖瓣成形术治疗老年患者二尖瓣关闭不全的效果。方法:总结了54例65岁以上老年二尖瓣关闭不全患者临床资料,应用超声心动图测量二尖瓣成形术前、术后1周及术后6月的左心房内径、左室舒张末期内径、左心室射血分数、二尖瓣反流程度。结果:术后1周,患者左心房内径、左室舒张末期内径、左心室射血分数和术前具有显著性差异(P<0.5)。术后随访6月和1周相比,LVEF有统计学差异(P<0.5),LAD和LVEDD均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:根据患者的二尖瓣病变特征,选择合理的成形技术,死亡率低,心功能满意。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of mitral valvoplasty for elder patients with mitral regurgitation.Methods: 54 patients over 65 years with mitral regurgitation underwent mitral valvoplasty were summarized.The left atrial dimension(LAD),left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and mitral regurgitation grade of patients was measured before operation and one week,six months postoperatively using echocardiography.Results: The LAD,LVEDD and LVEF of patients were decreased(P0.05).There were no significant difference in LAD,LVEDD between one week and six months postoperatively(P0.05).However,there was significant difference of LVEF was observed.Conclusion: Satisfactory results of mitral valvoplasty can be obtained in elder patients with mitral regurgitation if the selection of indications is proper.There were low mortality,low risk of anticoagulant therapy and satisfactory heart function.
