摘要
血管性痴呆(VD)是老年痴呆的常见类型之一,随着社会人口的不断老化,其发病率越来越高。由于VD特定的神经认知功能障碍,严重影响着老年人的生活质量,因其是目前唯一可以预防的痴呆类型,因此越来越受到重视,故对VD危险因素的确定尤为重要。为此,现对VD的相关危险因素进行综述,以期为VD的病因防治提供依据。
The vascular dementia （VD） is a common type of senile dementia. With the aging of whole popul- tion, VD＇s incidence is becoming higher. Because of its specific neurocognitive dysfunction, VD seriously affects the quality life of the elderly. Being the only type of dementia which can be prevented, VD receives more and more attentions. So it is very important to identify its risk factors. Here summarizes the related risk factors of VD,to provide the prevention and tretment with important references.
