摘要
目的：探讨经尿道双极等离子电切术（TUPKP）结合大力碎石钳碎石治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的疗效。方法：采用TUPKP结合大力碎石钳碎石治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症合并膀胱结患者81例，观察和评估疗效。结果：患者均一次处理成功，手术时间70～110分钟，无膀胱穿孔及电切综合征（TURS），仅2例需输血，术后IPSS降至8分以下，最大尿流率〉15．0ml／s。结论：本术式是治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的一种安全、高效、并发症少的方法。
Objective ： To evaluate the effect and complications of transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy （TUPKP） with hendickson lithotrite in the treatment of high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） complicated with bladder stones. Methods ： TUPKP and hendickson lithotrite were concomitandy performed for 51 cases of BPH complicated with bladder stones. Results： Of all case ,BPH complicated with bladder stones were successfully treated in one operation. No patient occurred TURS and rupture of bladder. Operative time was 70 - ll0 minutes , only three cases needed transfusion. After operation, IPSS droped under 8 points and the maximum flow rate was over 15. 0ml/s. Conclusion ： Conthining TUPKP with hendickson lithotrite is a safe and effctive method with less complication for high risk patients with BPH complicated with bladder stones.
