摘要
目的：观察针刺及封闭穴位与药物促排卵联合官腔内人工授精（IUI）治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）所致不孕的临床疗效。方法：68例PCOS患者随机分为2组：对照组33例，在IUI术前单以药物促排卵治疗；治疗组35例，在药物促排卵基础上于IUI术前加针刺及封闭穴位治疗。结果：对照组和治疗组患者进入周期前一般情况对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗组经过针刺及封闭穴位与药物促排卵联合合官腔内人工授精（IUI）治疗后周期排卵率及妊娠率均较治疗组提高（P〈0．05），而黄素化未破裂卵泡（LUF）发生率和周期取消率均较对照组降低（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺及封闭穴位联合IUI治疗PCOS可有效提高临床妊娠率，降低了LUF及卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）等并发症的发生率。
Objective： To observe the effects of acupuncture and acupoint with closed drug ovulation combined with intrauterine insemination （ IUI ） in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （ PCOS ） caused sterility clinical curative effect. Methods： 68 cases of PCOS were randomly divided into 2 groups： 33 cases in the control group, in IUI preoperative single to drug for ovulation induction therapy; treatment group 35 cases, in drug ovulation induction based on the IUI preoperative plus acupuncture and acupeint tberapy of closed. Results ： in the control group and the treatment group patients before general access cycle to contrast the differences were not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）, the treatment group after the acupuncture and acupoint drug ovulation induction combined with closed and intrauterine insemination （ IUI ） after the treatment period of ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared with the treatment group increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the luteinized unrupmred follicle （ LUF ） incidence and cycle cancellation rates were lower than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and acupuncture combined with IUI closed PCOS can effectively improve the clinical pregnancy rate, decreased LUF and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome （ OHSS ） and the incidence of complications.
