摘要
分析了中小物流企业开展网络营销的优势和存在的问题,并探讨了中小物流企业的网络营销推广策略:整合网络营销资源,实现最佳效果;增强网络营销服务意识,提升客户满意度;在网络营销中逐步打造出自有品牌;物流企业协同合作整合营销;整合网络营销与传统营销。
In this paper, we analyzed the advantages of small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises in implementing network marketing and the problems they faced and then discussed the strategies of network sales and promotion suitable for them to adopt such as coordinating the network marketing resources to realize optimal effect, reinforcing awareness of network sales and service to improve customer satisfaction, creating self-owned brand, collaborating with logistics enterprises and integrating network marketing with traditional marketing.
