摘要
目的了解广西壮族自治区梅毒实验室梅毒血清学检测能力与质量状况。方法规范制备梅毒血清质控品后,发放到各参评实验室,分别做非梅毒螺旋体抗原血清学定性、定量试验和梅毒螺旋体抗原血清学定性试验,按要求反馈检测结果,经汇总后进行统计分析。结果参评的48家单位中,5家单位的成绩为100分,32家单位的成绩为90～99分,优秀率为77.1%(37/48);8家成绩为80～89分,3家单位成绩<80分。非梅毒螺旋体抗原血清学定性试验和定量试验结果符合率分别为99.2%和80.0%,梅毒螺旋体抗原血清学定性试验结果符合率为92.5%。结论广西壮族自治区梅毒实验室检测的总体水平还有待于提高,应建立并完善梅毒实验室室间质量管理体系,加强各级梅毒实验室管理和自身能力建设。
Objective To evaluate the quality and test ability of syphilis laboratories in Guangxi. Methods Sera of syphilis were prepared and delivered to syphilis laboratories for non-treponemal qualitative and quantitative tests, treponemal qualitative tests, respectively. Syphilis laboratories were requested to provide feedbacks on the test results for a final statistic analysis. Results According to the results of the assessment,5 of the 48 selected laborato- ries got scores of 100, 32 got scores of 90--99, 8 got scores of 80--89 and 3 got scores below 80, the excellent rate was 77. l%. The reproducibilities of non-treponemal qualitative test and quantitative test were 99.2% and 80. 0%, respectively. The reproducibility of treponemal qualitative test was 92.. Conclusions The syphilis testing ca- pacity of syphilis laboratories in Guangxi should be enhanced, a program of improving external quality assessment of syphilis serologic test among syphilis laboratories should be established and the management system and self-capacity building should be strengthened.
