摘要
目的探讨鼻窦内窥镜术后眼眶炎性假瘤发生的原因、临床表现及治疗方法。方法 5例均首先采用糖皮质激素联合放射治疗,上述方法复发患者,采用手术切除眼眶炎性假瘤,术后联合糖皮质激素和放射治疗。结果随访3年,5例眼眶炎性假瘤患者经糖皮质激素和放射治疗,临床治愈3例,复发2例。复发患者手术切除眼眶炎性假瘤,术后联合糖皮质激素和放射治疗,2例患者均临床治愈。结论糖皮质激素和放射治疗及手术联合治疗是眼眶炎性假瘤的有效治疗方法。
Objective To study the etiopathogenisis,clinical manifestation,treatment method of orbital inflammatory pseudotumors after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods First underwent glucocorticoids and radiation therapy,the cases who had recurrence,underwent surgery and glucocorticoids and radiation therapy.Results Followed up for three years,Among 5 cases of orbital inflammatory pseudotumors underwent glucocorticoids and radiation therapy,3 cases had no recurrence,2 cases had recurrence.The cases who had recurrence,underwent surgery and glucocorticoids and radiation therapy,2 cases had no recurrence.Conclusion The surgery and glucocorticoids and radiation therapy was a prisosible way to cure inflammatory pseudotumors.
