摘要
糖精的中间产品邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯存在含量偏低、颜色较深的问题,不适合在其它工业领域特别是香料、医药等领域的应用,同时也影响糖精的质量、收率等。通过实验,含量由97.5%~98%提高到98%以上,透光率由原来的因颜色深无法测量提高到33%。能够满足了在其它工业领域特别是香料、医药等领域的应用。]
Saccharin＇s intermediate product, methyl anthranilate has lower content and deeper colour, so it is not suitable for industrial application, especially spice and medicine fields, at the same time it has effect on quality and yield of saccharin. In this paper, content of methyl anthranilate was increased from 97.5%-98% to above 98% by the experiment, its transmittance was increased to 33%, which can meet the demand of industrial application.
