摘要
目的:总结腮腺良性肿瘤及腺体部分切除的治疗体会。方法:对42例腮腺良性肿瘤患者的病理学特点和手术治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果:42例均无复发,有效随访期3～17年。结论:选择恰当的手术方法、规范的操作可减少手术创伤和并发症,并可预防术后复发。
Objective： to summarize treatment experience of parotid superficial benign tumors excision and partial parotidectomy. Method ： A retrospective analysis on 42 cases of parotid benign tumor from 1994 -2007 year with a confirmed pathologic diagnosis was carried out. Result： No postoperative tumor recurrence occurred. The patients were follow - up for 3 to 17 years. Conclu- sions： selecting suitable operation method and normalized operation can reduce surgi- cal wounds and complication, and can pre- vent postoperative recurrence.
