摘要
目的:了解农村老人的健康状况及对社区护理的需求和利用情况,寻求和探讨社区护理不能满足老人需要的原因,为制定社区卫生服务发展策略提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对660例农村老人的人口学资料、健康状况、社区护理需求等进行调查。结果:老人发病率高,生活习惯不好,不重视体格检查,对社区护理的需求与利用情况不平衡,只获得与医疗有关的帮助,而对健康指导、老年人保健,心理健康咨询指导、慢性病康复等预防保健护理内容利用率低。结论:建立护理社区服务网络,以护理需求为导向,改变人们的观念,大力宣传社区卫生服务所能提供的服务内容;整合现有卫生资源,有效提升社区卫生服务机构的护理质量,满足广大农村老人的需求。
Objective：to know the rural elder- ly health status and for community nursing requirement and using, seek and discuss community nursing can not meet the old man needs to reason and formulate community health service development strategy provides the basis. Methods ： use the self - designed questionnaire 660 cases of rural elderly pop- ulation material, health, community nursing demand of the investigation. Results ： the old man high rate, bad habits, and do not take the physical examination ,to the needs of the community care and using situation out of balance, received only and medical related to help, and to guide, old people health care, and psychological health advice and guidance, chronic disease prevention health care content rehabilitation utilization rate is low. Conclusion： the established care com- munity service network,to care needs as the guidance, change people ＇s idea, the publicity of community health service can provide services; Integration of existing health re- sources, effectively improve the community medical service quality of care, can satisfy all the needs of the rtlral elderly.
