摘要
调查2012年我国排名前100名独立学院的图书馆开放存取资源建设情况,主要考察OA资源的组织方式及数量,分析其构建现状及存在问题,提出独立学院图书馆开放存取资源建设和利用的建议。
The paper gives a survey of open access to library from 2012 China＇s top 100 independent colleges, mainly on the organ- ization mode and quantity of OA resources. Further the author gives an analysis of the present situation and the existing problems, and proposes the suggestions for construction and utilization of open access to library in independent college.
