摘要
男女两性在言语交际行为中存在性别差异,这一现象引起语言学家的普遍关注。试图在前人研究成果的基础上,从语用学的有关原则出发,以英汉语影视作品和文学作品中的对话为例,在遵守或违背语用原则,如合作原则、礼貌原则及面子理论等方面对英汉言语交际中的性别差异问题进行探讨。
Differences exist in verbal communication between males and females. This phenomenon has attracted increasing attention from a great many linguists at home and abroad. Based on theory of pragmaties, this thesis makes a pragmatic study of gender differences in verbal communication. It aims to demonstrate how males and females differ in observing and flouting the pragmatic principles： the cooperative principle, the politeness principle and the face theory.
