摘要
尽管我国不断改进、完善农民工工伤保险制度,在一些诸如参保率、预防措施、伤后康复等方面取得一定的成绩,但是农民工工伤保险制度仍存在诸多问题。结合对泉州市区39家企业农民工工伤保险参保情况的实地走访调查结果,分析泉州市区农民工工伤保险制度存在问题的成因,主张从政府、企业和农民工三方共同建立和完善农民工工伤保险制度。
Although our country has constantly improved and perfected the accident insurance system for migrant workers, and made achievements in several aspects such as insurance rates, prevention measures and rehabilitation, there are still some problems to be solved in it. Through the visiting survey on 39 enterprises about the situation of migrant workers＇ accident insurance in Quanzhou City, the weakness of migrant workers protecting consciousness, insufficient legal propaganda, misunderstanding of the existence of temporary workers, etc have been discovered as the causes. Accordingly it is proposed to establish and perfect the migrant workers＇ accident insurance system in the regards of government, enterprises and migrant workers.
