摘要
目前大多数科研课题管理系统都实现了课题的申报、评审、立项等工作,而后期的过程管理、验收管理过程还缺少科学的信息化流程。本文提出了基于J2EE的SSM框架的科研项目验收的网上个人申请、管理员审核以及专家评审的整个过程的解决方案,真正简化了科研项目验收过程,实现了科研项目验收管理过程的科学化、高效性和公平性。
Currently most research projects management systems are the subject of reporting, assessment, project work,but the latter part of the process management, the acceptance of management process, lack of scientific information flow. In this paper, research projects and the acceptance of online personal apply for SSM framework based on J2EE, administrator review and expert review of the whole process of solution, and truly simplifies the process of scientific research the acceptance, a scientific research project the acceptance management process, efficientand fairness.
