摘要
通过总结设备采购人员的谈判经验,提出了先做功课、与决策对象沟通、在本单位谈判、谈判中有理有节、适度肯定、当好听众、换位思考、三思后定、切勿勉强等采购人员应掌握的谈判技巧。
In this paper,the author summarizes the purchasing experience in negotiation,proposes negotiation skills,such as do our homework ahead,communicate with decision objects,negotiation in our university,rational and moderate,appropriate recognition,be a good listener,trans-positional thinking,think before you decide,never reluctance,which are the skills that purchasing staff must master.
