摘要
张氏红山茶(Camellia changii)因其独特的观赏效果、超长的花期以及珍稀的种源而倍受关注,文章针对其扦插繁育幼苗专用基质进行初步探索。以其原生地土壤作为对照,采用塘泥、黄土、泥炭土、河沙等原料按不同比例配制,设5个处理,进行对比栽培试验,对各组生长指标进行定期统计分析,同时对各组基质的理化性质进行跟踪测定;经6个月的栽培试验,以黄土50%+泥炭土33%+河沙17%对幼苗生长最为有利,生长量各项指标均表现优秀;通过土壤理化性质与幼苗生长情况的对比分析,确定了以土壤容重与酸碱度为主要参考指标,以河沙、泥炭土调节土壤孔隙度与粘性的最佳基质配比方案。
Camellia changii is always attracted attention for its beautiful viewing, long florescence and rare wild species. In this study the specialized culture of Camellia changii was researched. The soil from the native habitat was collected for control, and 5 teams of soil mixed by loess, peat soil and sand in different percentage was prepared for experiment. The result showed that culture mixed by loess 50%, peat soil 33%, and sand17% had the best growth quantity. The soil bulk density and pH affect the growth of root, and then the more appropriate percentage of loess, peat soil and sand must be regulated in next study.
