摘要
以 Cex Zr1- x O2 复合氧化物为载体 ,采用浸渍法配制了负载 Pd O催化剂 ,考察了催化剂对 CO和 CH4 的氧化活性 ,并对该催化剂的还原性能进行了表征 .结果表明 ,Ce/Zr比对催化剂的活性影响很大 .对于 CO氧化 ,当x=0 .8时 ,催化活性最高 ;而对于 CH4 氧化 ,x=0 .5时 ,活性最高 .出现 3个催化剂还原峰 ( α、β、γ) ,α峰归属于 Pd O还原 ,而 β和 γ峰归属于载体的还原 .我们认为 α峰与 CO氧化有关 .
Ce x Zr 1 x O 2 ( x =0~1) mixed oxide supported PdO catalysts were prepared by the conventional impregnation method. Effect of Ce/Zr atomic ratio on catalytic activity for CO and methane oxidation was investigated. Reduction behaviour of the catalysts was characterized by means of TPR. PdO/Ce 0.8 Zr 0.2 O 2 is the most active catalyst for CO oxidation, while PdO/Ce 0.5 Zr 0.5 O 2 is the most active catalyst for methane oxidation. The three reduction peaks ( α , β and γ ) were observed. The α peak is attributed to the reduction of PdO, and the β and γ peaks, to the reduction of Ce x Zr 1 x O 2 support. The α peak is believed to be the active sites for CO oxidation.
