摘要
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯缩聚过程是反应 -传质耦合过程 ,本文利用不同膜厚的静止膜实验考察了PET缩聚过程中传质的影响 ,分析出实验过程脱挥是泡沫脱挥 ,建立了泡沫脱挥时的传质速率方程。
Due to the coupling of the reaction and the mass-transfer, the rate of polycondensation process of poly poly(ethylene terephthalate) depend not only upon the chemical kinetics of polycondensation reaction but also upon the mass-transfer rate of the condensation product through the PET melts. In this paper, the effects of mass-transfer were investigated by using stagnant-film experiments in which thickness of films are different. It was shown experimentaly that the devolatilization is a foam-devolatilization. Based on the experiments, the rate of mass-transfer of foam-devolatilization is obtained as follows. -ddt=(2.1509×108exp(-18437/RT))4.3s_ w([C_E]2-[C_E]2)4.3
