摘要
以微晶纤维素和尿素为原料 ,二甲苯为溶剂合成了纤维素氨基甲酸酯。考察各种影响因素 ,得到优化的反应条件为 :微晶纤维素在质量分数为 2 0 %的氢氧化钠水溶液中预处理 4~ 6h ,尿素与微晶纤维素质量比为 ( 3~ 4)∶1,反应温度为 137℃ ,反应时间为 4h。元素分析测得产品氮的质量分数约为 8%
Cellulose carbamate was synthesized in xylene as solvent with microcrystalline cellulose and urea as raw materials.All factors affecting the N content in the products were investigated.The optimum technological conditions were determined that the pretreatment of microcrystalline cellulose took place in 20% NaOH solution for 4-6 h and the reaction was carried out at 137 ℃ for 4 h with the mass ratio of urea to microcrystalline cellulose =(3-4)/1.Elementary analysis indicated that the content of nitrogen in the products was about 8%.
