80岁及以上晚期非小细胞肺癌患者一线化疗的临床观察 被引量：4

摘要 随着肺癌发病率的上升以及人口的老龄化，老年肺癌患者的人数也相应增加。已有的关于老年非小细胞肺癌化疗的临床研究，选择的多数是80岁以下的患者，80岁及以上的非小细胞肺癌患者，主要脏器功能往往相对低下，合并症较多，为了更多了解这部分患者化疗的疗效及耐受性，本文分析了80岁及以上有较好体力状态和脏器功能，无EGFR基因突变或基因突变不详的晚期非小细胞肺癌一线单药化疗的临床资料，现报告如下。
