摘要
碳纤维结构吸波材料是一类多功能复合材料 ,具有承载和减小雷达反射截面的双重功能 ,是一种非常有发展前途的吸波材料。碳纤维结构吸波材料以其优异的力学性能和隐身特性已大量应用于隐身技术。本文讨论了碳纤维结构吸波材料的应用、碳纤维结构吸波材料的类型及其结构型式设计 ;探讨了吸波碳纤维的制备方法 ,降低碳纤维的碳化温度、改变碳纤维的截面形状和大小、对碳纤维进行表面改性以及对碳纤维进行惨杂改性 ,制备出吸波性能优良的碳纤维。
Carbon fiber structural radar absorbing materials ( SRAM ) are multifunctional composites with high strength, modules and reducing radar cross section ( RCS ), which are increasingly receiving recognition as practical structural functional composites with good prospect. Carbon fiber structural radar absorbing materials have been widely used in stealth technology with good mechanical and stealth prorerty. In this paper, carbon figer SRAM are reviewed from its utilization in stealth aircraft, styles and structure design. The future research tendency regarding the carbon fiber SRAM is presented. The preparation methods of radar absorbing carbon fiber have been discussed. The radar absorbing carbon fiber can be prepared by decreasing the heat-treatent temperature of carbon fiber, changing the cross section shape and size of carbon fiber, modifying the carbon fiber surfcae and doping other elements into carbon fiber.
