摘要
目的探讨白内障超声乳化术并发症分析及护理。方法分析我院2012年1～5月1438例（1463眼）行白内障超声乳化术患者的临床资料。结果共发生并发症46眼，发生例数最多的为高眼压24例，发生率为1．6％，角膜病变8例、后囊膜5例、虹膜损伤5例、视网膜脱落2例、人工晶体2例，发生率分别为0．5％、0．3％、0．3％、0．1％、0．1％。结论白内障超声乳化术并发症不可避免，严密观察病情，掌握熟练的手术技巧，采取有效的护理措施可以减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the cataract patients treatment by phacoemulsification. Methods The clinical data of the 1 438 cases （1 463 eyes） who were treated by phacoemulsification in January 2012 to June 2012 were analyzed. Results A total of 46 cases had complication and the most number was high eyes pressure , the number was 24, the incidence was 1.6%. The numbers of corneal lesions, posterior capsular rupture, iris damage, retinal detachment, artificial crystal falls off were 8, 5, 5, 2, 2 respectively, and the incidence was 0. 5%, 0. 3 %, 0. 3 %, 0. 1%, 0. 1% respectively. Conclusions The complications are unavoidable; observing condition strictly, master skilled operation technique, effective nursing can reduce the complications＇happen.
