摘要
为了探索微量元素硒对甘露聚糖肽发酵的影响,将不同浓度的硒离子添加到甘露聚糖肽发酵培养液中,在37℃下培养不同时间后取样,测定菌落数和发酵液中游离硒的浓度变化。结果表明,发酵过程中能促进甘露聚糖肽与微量元素硒结合的最佳浓度为亚硒酸钠含量低于1.5 mg/mL。
In order to research for the trace element selenium on the effect of marmatide fermentation,dif- ferent concentrations of selenium were added to the mannatide fermentation medium, after culture at 37 ℃, determination the number of colonies and the contents of mannatide, selenium under different time sample. The results indicated that in the liquid fermentation process, the best concentration which promo- ted mannatide combined with the trace elements were 1.5 mg/mL sodium selenite.
