摘要
当前,城市公共图书馆存在着总体水平低、发展不平衡、地域性矛盾突出等现象,集中表现为城乡之间图书馆资源的分配严重不平衡,广大农村居民得不到充分的公共图书馆服务。以郴州市为例,分析该市乡村公共图书馆建设的必要性,并结合其实际情况提出乡村公共图书馆建设的一些主张。
Now there exist problems as generally low standards and unbalanced development in the libraries of rural areas. A protruding contradiction is the seriously unbalanced distribution of librarian resources to the urban areas and rural areas and the vast rural dwellers cannot enjoy the full service of public libraries. Taking Chenzhou as an example, this essay analyzes the necessities of the construction of rural public libraries and puts forward some suggestions with the reality.
