摘要
通过对公共体育课业余篮球裁判员的有关裁判员的执法形象、心理素质、教学手段、执法实践、考核评价制度等方面的研究,旨在进一步提高大学生业余篮球裁判员比赛执法水平,丰富大学生业余体育生活,推动校园篮球文化建设,减少球场争议与球场暴力事件的发生,共同促进和谐校园体育文化建设。
This paper studies on some accepts of amateur basketball referee,such as executive image,psychological quality,means of instruction,executive practice,institution of examination and evaluation.With a view to improving the executive standard and enriching the physical activities of amateur basketball referee in university.Prompting the cultural development in university,as well as reducing the occurrence of violence and controversy in filed.Joining together to prompt the development of sports culture in university.
