师范生顶岗实习支教5年:回顾与前瞻 被引量:3

摘要 师范生实习支教是我国改革实习制度和改善农村教师结构的一个创新举措,在全国多个地区高校实施后,对缓解师范生实习压力和改善农村基础教育现状方面起到了一定的作用。文章通过梳理师范生顶岗实习支教演进的历程,从教育实习的内涵及其目标定位的角度对顶岗实习支教加以剖析,并提出通过做好顶岗实习支教的前期准备工作、加强实习指导教师队伍的建设、建立动静态相结合的评价体系及开展配套问题研究等途径解决顶岗实习支教中存在的问题。 Normal students' teaching practice is an innovation in China's reform of the practice system and improvement of rural teachers' structure.After its implementation in many universities and colleges in China,normal students' teaching practices plays a certain role in alleviating the pressure of employment and improving the rural basic education.This article,based on the analysis of the development of normal students' aid-the-poor teaching practice,discusses the practice from the perspective of the connotation of teaching practice and its target orientation.The author puts forward the ideas of doing a good preparation for aid-the-poor teaching practice,strengthening the construction of teaching staff;establishing evaluation system with the combination of both static and dynamic analysis and finally carrying out the necessary research to deal with the problems in teaching practice.
