摘要
在企业中全面地引入资本运营机制，已成为我国经济改革全局中一个亟待解决的课题，因为：建立现代企业制度、国有资产的保值增值、实现两个根本转变、金融改革的深化要求企业进行资本运营。资本运营战略类型有：实业资本运营、金融资本运营、产权资本运营。资本运营的主要形式有：企业并购、租赁经营、无形资本经营、资本运营新形式。
Introduction of capital operation s ystem in an enterprise is an urgent issue in our country's economic reform.Estab lisbment of modern enterprise system,guarantee and increase of the value of natio nal assets, carrying out of the two fundamental transformations and development of financial reform mean that an enterprise must have capital operation.The types of strategy in capital operation are industrial capital operation,financial cap ital operation and property right capital operation.The main forms of capital op eration are purchase of enterprises,rental operation,invisible capital o peration and new forms of capital operation.
