摘要
采用生长速率法测定5种杀菌剂对西瓜和黄瓜枯萎病菌的毒力。结果表明:多菌灵和氟硅唑对西瓜枯萎病菌的毒力最高,其EC50分别为2. 6280 mg/ L和3. 3268 mg/ L;多菌灵和苯醚甲环唑对黄瓜枯萎病菌的毒力最高,其EC50分别为0. 6660 mg/ L和1. 9343 mg/ L。此外,2种病菌对多菌灵和氟硅唑最为敏感。
By the mycelium growth rate methods, the toxicities of five fungicides to Fusarium osyspontm f. sp. niveum and Fusarium osysporum f. sp. Cucumerinum were tested. The results showed that carbendazim and flusilazole had the best toxicity against Fusarium osysporum f. sp. niveum and the ECho were 2.6280 mg/L and 3.3268 mg/L, respectively. Carbendazim and difenoconazole had the best toxicity against Fusarium osysporum f. sp. Cucumerinum and the EC50 owere 0.6660 mg/L and 1.9343 mg/L, respectively. In addition, two fungi were highly sensitive to carbendazim and flusilazole.
