舒适护理对类风湿性关节炎患者住院期间生活质量评分影响 被引量：17

摘要 目的观察舒适护理对类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者住院期间生活质量评分影响。方法连续选择近期在本院风湿免疫科住院治疗的RA患者53例,入选对象被随机分为舒适护理组(27例)和对照组(26例)。两组对象均接受常规RA护理,舒适护理组另行RA舒适护理,包括心理护理、RA健康教育和疼痛护理。在治疗前(首次评估)和结束后(再次评估)分别进行了"健康调查简易量表"(SF-36)测试。结果两组患者首次评估SF-36问卷各维度评分分布接近,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。再次评估时,两组患者SF-36问卷各维度评均明显优于首次评估,且舒适护理组各项评分也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05～0.01)。结论接受舒适护理的RA患者住院期间生活质量评分较高。
