摘要
目的:研究分析雷公藤多苷与泼尼松联合治疗成人紫癜性肾炎的疗效和安全性。方法:收治成人紫癜性肾炎患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组给予泼尼松治疗,试验组给予雷公藤多苷联合泼尼松治疗,观察对比两组治疗效果。结果:实验组治疗效果更优,复发率更低,与对照组比较,P<0.05;两组不良反应无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:使用雷公藤多苷与泼尼松联合治疗成人紫癜性肾炎的效果较好,是一种安全有效的方案。
Objective： To study the efficacy and safety of the TWP and prednisone treatment of adults with purpura nephritis. Methods：80 cases of adult Henoch - Schonlein purpura nephritis patients admitted to hospital in October 2009 - January 2011 Patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group were given prednisone, the experimental group were treated with Tripterygium wilfordii treatment of prednisone, to observe the two groups were compared patient out- comes. Results： The patient outcomes are better,lower recurrence rate compared with the control group, P 〈 0.05 ; two groups of patients with adverse reactions was no significant difference, P〈 0.05. Conclusion： The use of Tripterygium wilfordii with prednisone effect of treatment of adult Henoch - Schonlein purpura nephritis is a safe and effective program.
