摘要
针对建筑施工过程中高科技手段的运用,要建立一支与之相适应的、高素质的建筑队伍,必须加强建筑行业的岗位培训,提高建筑行业从业人员的素质。
This article discusses how to enhance the training for construction workers in order to meet the de- velopment of building industry with the increase of technology and content of culture and art in the building materials.
