摘要
步进电动机在数控开环控制领域中被广泛地应用,如何合理的选择设计步进电动机,使其性能得到最佳发挥是设计者需要研究的关键问题。论文详细介绍了在设计经济型数控机床时,怎样使步进电动机与机械传动系统相匹配的设计计算方法,并结合实例介绍了步进电动机选择和计算的全过程。
Stepping motor has widely used in numerical control machine for open loop control. How to choose and design stepping motor to make its properties maximum is the key problem for researchers. In this paper, it was investigated how to design stepping motor to make it match with mechanical drive system in economical numerical control machine. And the whole process of design and choosing stepping motor was introduced combined with a example.
