摘要
地理、经济、文化等诸多因素合力构建了闽北历史文化村镇适宜的人居环境,其价值特色通过村落选址、街巷空间、传统建筑和地方民俗等物质形态和非物质文化形态的方式得到完美呈现,集中体现了闽北厚重的人文历史以及人与自然和谐相处的生活观和生态观。历史文化村镇应当融入当代生活元素,创新思路,突破保护发展工作普遍存在的意识淡漠、资金短缺、措施不力的难题,整合政府和市场力量,寓保护与发展、以发展求保护、保护与发展并举,挖掘扩大历史文化村镇的社会影响,形成闽北历史文化名城名镇名村体系,促进遗产资源持续和多方位地释放出文化价值的发展。
The geographical, economical, cultural and other factors have formed the appropriate liv- ing environment of the historical and cultural towns and villages in northern Fujian. The value of the historical and cultural towns and villages lies in the material and non-material cultural patterns, in- cluding the village site, the street space, the traditional architecture and the folk tradition. The for- mation of the historical and cultural towns and villages is also a concentrated expression of the pro- found humanity and long history of northern Fujian, which reflects the local people＇s outlook on life and ecology--living in harmony between human and nature. To vitalize the historical and cultural towns and villages, it is vital to introduce new elements of contemporary life, to update conception and to break through the common bottleneck of weak awareness, shortage of funds and inappropriate measures in the protection and development. To construct a system of famous historical and cultural cities and towns and villages of northern Fujian, it is essential to adopt the strategies of treating her- itage in a rational manner, integrating the forces of the Government and market, establishing a sus- tainable protection mode consistent with the local characteristics and expanding the social impact of the historical and cultural towns and villages.
