摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在老年全髋关节置换术围手术期中应用效果。方法将94例老年人工全髋关节置换术患者随机分为实验组47例和对照组47例,对照组采取传统整体护理模式对患者实施护理,实验组实施临床护理路径实进行护理。比较两组护理效果。结果实验组住院时间、住院费用和并发症均较对照组少,实验组患者及家属的满意度显著高于对照组。结论实施临床护理路径能降低并发症发生率,减少患者住院天数,改善髋关节功能,提高患者及家属的满意度。
Objective To study the effect and significance of clinical nursing pathway （CN-P）and holistic nursing（I-t＇N） in 94 patients suffered from total hip replacement（THR）. Methods The patients in research group re- ceived CNP, gaven the overwhelming assessment and admission introduction, provided them and their dependents with stables of CNP for their cooperation by the responsible nurse. Results The days of admission in research group, hospitalization expenses and the rate of post-operative complication in research group decresaed significantly than those in control group （P〈0.05）; the patient satisfaction in research group was 98.6%, while 92.1% in control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying CNP in patients suffered from THR can shorten the days of admission, lower the rate of post-operative complication, increase the patience satisfaction and master health knowl- edge, which Can be wildly used in clinical experience.
