摘要
目的探讨微波腔内闭合大隐静脉治疗静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法将63例(73条肢体)行微波腔内闭合曲张静脉患者设为微波治疗组,58(65条肢体)例行传统剥脱术的患者设为对照组,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血、住院时间及术后恢复情况。结果两种方法均可有效治疗下肢静脉曲张,但微波治疗比传统手术治疗具有更短的手术时间(P<0.01)、更低的术中出血(P<0.05)、更少的手术切口(P<0.05)及更低的术后下肢瘀血发生率(P<0.05),且患者术后住院时间亦明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论微波腔内闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张具有安全、操作简捷、创伤小、恢复快等优点。
Objective To study the clinical effect ofendovenous microwave treatment （EMT） for the low- er limb varicose veins. Methods Sixty-three patients with varicose veins were treated by EMT （the study group）, and 58 patients with varicose veins were treated by the varicose veins stripping （the control group）. The operation time, blood loss during operation, the length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The study group showed significantly shorter operation time （P〈0.01）, less blood loss during operation （P〈0.05）, less in- cisions （P〈0.05）, shorter length of hospital stay and lower incidence of haemostasis than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion EMT was a safe, minimally invasive and easily operated technique for the treatment of varicose veins.
