兖矿国泰一体化效能信息办公平台以工作流为引擎,利用计算机技术和网络技术,使国泰公司部分工作逐步信息化,从而形成由办公室人员与办公设备共同构成服务于某种目标的人机信息处理系统。随着网络的发展,一体化效能信息办公平台已经成为办公信息化管理的一个重要途径。通过该平台将国泰公司已存在的MIS系统、ERP系统、财务系统等公司原有的业务系统数据集成到工作流系统中,使国泰公司广大员工能及时有效获取处理信息,提高企业整体反应速度。
