摘要
近日，欧盟发布新法令，要求所有成员国统一轮胎标签。轮胎标签上必须注明三项数值：滚动阻力、湿地抓地力和外部滚动噪音。这三项数值是环保和安全性能的重要数值。根据欧盟法令规定，11月1日起只有贴统一标签的轮胎才能在市面上销售。届时，所有在l欢盟销售的轿车胎、轻卡胎、卡车胎及公共汽车轮胎必须加贴标签．标示轮胎的燃油效率、滚动噪声和湿抓着力的等级，中国轮胎生产企业面临新的考验。
According to regulation of the new decree in European Union(EU),from Nov.11 on,the tyre only stick with unified tags can be sold in markets.On the occasion,all tyre on sale in EU will must be stick with tags,such as saloon car tyre,light weight truck tyre,truck tyre and tyre for pubic bus,on which labeling with fuel efficiency,rolling noise and grades of wet grasping force,so China's tyre manufacturing enterprises are facing new test.
