摘要
本文扼要介绍水资源优化管理系统专业──ＲＥＭＡＸ软件的构成、功能、运行环境和发展前景。为了与国际科技界接轨，赶超国际先进水平，在我省开展该套系统软件的应用研究与普及推广意义重大。
In this paper, introducing briefly the instruction, functions, applied environment and development prospect of REMAX software which is a excellent professional software of water resources optimal management. It is of a great significance to develop applied research and popularize rapidly this software in the province in order to follow the trail of international recent development in science and technology.
