以SGMW(上汽通用五菱汽车股份有限公司)冲压车间,某车型后侧围外板的生锈解决为课题,通过人、机、料、法、环各方面进行分析验证,得出导致该类生锈的真正原因—模具磨损,指出模具定期维护与保养对汽车外覆盖件生锈预防的重要意义。
according to research on some vehicle＇s rear wall side cover （from SGMW） about the subject of rusting, this article reaches the real reason for parts＇ rustiness --dies＇ weariness, and proposes that die＇s periodical maintenance is very significant for preventing vehicle＇s outer cover＇s rusting by analyzing and verifying human being, machine, material, methods, and environment.
