表面活性剂二次包覆制备Fe_3O_4水基磁流体

摘要 以化学共沉淀法制备了Fe3O4磁性微粒,并以油酸为内层表面活性剂,分别以乳化剂-10(OP-10)、吐温-20(T-20)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(Oπ-10)三种非离子型表面活性剂进行外层包覆,制备得到了双层表面活性剂修饰的Fe3O4水基磁流体。通过研究pH值、表面活性剂包覆温度、种类及用量对磁流体分散稳定性和磁性的影响,得到了能获得最佳性能的磁流体的实验条件,并用透射电镜(TEM)、红外光谱、磁化率曲线进行表征,证明该条件下制得的二次包覆的Fe3O4磁流体饱和磁化率强度高且能在水中稳定分散。 Fe3O4 magnetic particles were prepared by hydrothermal coprecipitation of ierric and terrous runs. 'lhe as-prepared nanopartieles were modified with oleic acid, and covered with nonionic surfactants emulsifier (OP- 10) ,tween (T-20) and polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether (Oπ-10) respectively. Then water-based magnetic liquid was prepared. Through the studies of pH value, modifying temperatures, and kinds and quantities of non- ionic surfactants, the optimum condition was obtained. The prepared magnetic liquid was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and hysteresis loops. The high superparamagnetic property and dispersion stability of Fe3O4 magnetic liquid coated with bilayer surfactants were proved.
